Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At Digi Store we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We only accept the return of faulty items if they are returned in their original condition including all original packaging. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less a 20% re-stocking and handling charge. Normally you will not receive a refund for postage and packing charges.

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, and send the package to the address below. If you are returning an item from overseas, please ensure that you clearly state on any customs paperwork that the item is a “RETURN”. This is so that customs know there is no duty to be charged. In the event that Digi Store have to pay import charges for returns, this amount will also be deducted from any refund or charged prior to any exchange being sent. Any item found not to be defective where a refund is requested then a 20% restocking charge will apply.
